He will come to your facility and help you map out the training program in the area in which you wish to address. You will not

you pay for his traveling cost. However, as you will see, he will help you implement changes that will pay for his cost many times

At the initial meeting, he will observe the area that is to be addressed so that he will be more qualified to help you develop your

On a date that's convenient for you, he will return to your facility and implement the training program, spending 20% of the time
in the classroom instructing the team and 80% of the time helping implement the changes needed on the job site. The changes
could be physical or mental. One example would be supervising employees. Another might be to increase productivity, which
might require some physical changes.

The same approach can be used in the office to improve communication with customers or employees or to change
